HOW TO

Step 1. Enter your size and quantity of the product you choose to order. Click ADD TO CART.

Step 2. Confirm that you have the correct products and sizes in your shopping cart and click CHECKOUT to proceed.

Step 3. Enter your shipping address, preference of date of arrival. Then select your payment method (if you have a coupon code, please enter as told).

After we have confirmed your order, we will send out your order information in detail to the email you have submitted.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Returns after arrival: Only eligible with items that have not been worn/used nor washed.
  • Please email us within 5 days after arrival. We will guide you to our return process. Shipping fees for returns will be free.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused in a bag/box with the product barcode on.

Damaged items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 5 days. We will guide you to our return process. Shipping fees for returns will be free. However, we strongly refuse any returns of any damaged products that have not been bought on our online store.
Refund confirmation:
We will start our refund process within 2 weeks after we receive the item/s. The price will be refunded the month after we complete the procedure. The time that it takes for a refund may vary depending on the payment method used. Please contact your card company for more information. 

SHIPPING

Local Shipping: carried out by Sagawa Express or Japan Post
Your item/s will arrive within 2 business days after the order has been confirmed. As soon as we ship out your item/s, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
*Any reserved items will only be shipped out once they are restocked. This information will be available on each product page.
Local shipping will have a fee of 600 JPY(excludes some sales and campaigns).Orders over 20,000 JPY are applicable for free shipping.

International Shipping: carried out by DHL Express
Item/s will arrive within 1〜14 business days after the order has been confirmed. As soon as we ship out your item/s, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
*Any reserved items will only be shipped out once they are restocked. This information will be available on each product page. 

Shipping fees will vary depending on the area.
  • Asia: 1650 JPY
  • Oceania: 1,980 JPY
  • Europe 1: 2,420 JPY
  • North America: 2,640 JPY
  • South America areas and Europe 2: 3,850 JPY
Orders over 20,000 JPY will have free shipping. 
Import taxes:
AMATERAS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipment (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

EXCHANGE/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Exchange/cancellations after placing an order:
only applicable within 24 hours after placing an order. Contact us through our form or email us at

Exchange of damaged items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us within 5 days of arrival. We will immediately exchange the damaged item with a new one as soon as we receive and confirm the damaged item. Shipping fees for returns will be free. However, we strongly refuse any returns of any damaged products that have not been bought on our online store. 

Exchange due to customer's desire:
Item/s must be unworn and unwashed. Please email us within 5 days of arrival. We will immediately send out the new item as soon as we receive and confirm the original item. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for any exchanges due to personal desires. We strongly refuse any returns of any damaged products that have not been bought on our online store.

Change your personal information:
You can always edit personal information in MY ACCOUNT. You may also email us at info@amateras-japan.com. 

Gift Wrapping:
You may select our gift service as you wish when you add an item to your shopping cart. Let us know if you’d like all items to be wrapped together, or as a single item.

Garment Maintenance:
You may wash and iron all items. However, to keep them in best condition, please follow laundry instructions printed on the inner tags. We recommend the use of a laundry net along with garment steamers, especially for satin pieces.
