We try to processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.
We ship directly from Tokyo Japan. If you're ordering from abroad, there will be an international shipping fee added to the cost. However we do shipping free on purchases over $200(USD) and more.
Exchange / Cancellation
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
